Réjouissance!
Réjouissance
(ray-zhwee-SAHNCE) means "rejoicing" or "merry-making". It was often
the name of an exuberant movement in a Baroque suite or overture
(Handel so named a movement from the Water
Music). We are bringing back this name to describe this lively
new work for band by the young composer, Matthew B. Druyos. Like
the réjouissances of old, Réjouissance For Band is bright with brass. Here is music to get a
concert off to an exciting start, or end it with panache!

score and all the parts, or the parts.
