Much of the Sheet Music On This Site Is now offered free of charge, under Creative Commons Attribution, Non-Commercial, Share-Alike Licences. This licence does reserve commercial rights, and those are licensed through ASCAP. So, briefly -- and it would be best if you read the Creative Commons licence -- the sheet music is free for you to play, copy, and share, but should you perform or record this music, you are subject to royalty payments. Please make us aware of any performance or recording of this music that you wish to undertake. As well, you should be able to find rate information at ASCAP.
